<p class="MsoNormal"><b>The State Library asks all Ohio public libraries to report on their summer reading programs at program’s end</b>. The information you will provide is of great value. Your participation will help the State Library, Regional Library
Systems, cooperating state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future SRPs, and to communicate the impact of library SRPs statewide.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The evaluation survey also gives you the opportunity to provide feedback on SRP resources provided by CSLP, Upstart, the State Library, state agencies, and Regional Library Systems, and to make suggestions for improved or new services.
You are also welcome to write up any experiences or stories from your SRP that you’d like to share. Individual stories of how SRP positively influences the lives of children, teens, or adults in your community are the most effective way to communicate the
overall importance of public library summer programming. <o:p></o:p></p>
