<p>Just a note that the post offices has made changes for mailing packages which are more restrictive than in the past. We received a 'postage due' return from another library who recycled an old Priority mail envelope and just put regular postage rates on
the envelope. The post office charged us the additional $3.54 for the cost of a priority package. Bottom line, penny wise doesn't always pay off when recycling certain things like mailers!<br>
