exist, successfully utilize technological advances, and maintain a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will be involved in conducting a facility utilization review, and implementing a plan for future service outlet growth and current facility revision.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif""> The Board will require strategic planning which shows an understanding of social trends and their influence on new service implementation and service refinement. Pickerington Public Library needs someone who
is comfortable with traditional services, yet very willing to experiment with the unusual or untried. A well founded grasp of fiscal process, grant writing, levy campaigns and best practices is a must. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:15.75pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Qualified applicants will have 5 years relevant library experiences, with at least 2 in a management position and an MLS/MLIS. Salary range from
