<p><strong><em>Job Responsibilities</em></strong>: Under general supervision, the HR Generalist maintains library personnel and employment files; coordinates the library’s compensation and benefits programs; ensures the development, coordination and implementation
of system-wide staff training; ensures effective communication of human resource information and current trends to all library employees.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong>: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business administration, or other related field and three to five years of human resource experience; or, an equivalent combination of education
and related work experience. Applicant must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. SHRM certification and public library experience preferred, but not required.</p>

<p><strong><em>Working Conditions</em></strong>: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week with additional hours as necessary.
<strong>Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends</strong>.

<p><strong><em>Pay Range:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong> Starting salary $29,120 to $39,266 depending upon qualifications and experience.</p>
