one of the co-founders of Chill Pop Shop, Elizabeth Pryor is keeping pace with the rapid expansion of the handmade artisan ice pop production company. With a background in integrative nutrition, Elizabeth sought to create a natural food product crafted
with creativity and integrity. In 2013, she and her co-founder Maggie Pryor launched the endeavor out of the Cleveland Culinary Launch & Kitchen (CCLK), a shared kitchen and food business incubator in Cleveland. They began selling pops that summer from
a mobile push cart, which could be found all over town at flea and farm markets, festivals, and food truck events. Additionally, Chill Pop Shop provides tasty treats for wedding, parties, and corporate outings. The delicious desserts are produced with only
natural ingredients, sourced locally and organically when possible, and even earned a "Best of Cleveland" recognition from <em>Cleveland Magazine</em>. Participating in programs such as Bad Girl Ventures, CCLK/ECDI Food Business Incubator, and Sam Adams’
Brewing the American Dream, has helped the business continue to grow, with plans for expansion to grocery retail this summer.<br>
