<p class="MsoNormal">The State Library asks all Ohio public libraries to report on their summer reading programs at program’s end. The information you will provide is of great value. Your participation in the 2015 SRP Evaluation will help the State Library,
Regional Library Systems, cooperating state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future SRPs. It also lets us tell the story of library SRPs statewide and how they positively impact children,
teens, and communities.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The survey instrument will be available from mid-June through early October. A link will be posted to OPLINlist, the Library Youth Services list, and the Small Libraries list, and will appear on the Ohio SRP page of the State Library website
(<a href="http://library.ohio.gov/ohio-summer-reading-program">http://library.ohio.gov/ohio-summer-reading-program</a>). Please help achieve 100% participation for 2015.<o:p></o:p></p>
