community and build partnerships to meet community goals. </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Eras Medium ITC",sans-serif">We are a busy, first-ring suburban library serving a diverse population.
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Eras Medium ITC",sans-serif">The Community Engagement Librarian will develop and maintain community partnerships, i</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Eras Medium ITC",sans-serif">dentify opportunities
for Library participation in local community events and create innovative programming.
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Eras Medium ITC",sans-serif">Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and excellent listening, networking and communication skills required. Must have a proven record of community involvement. Need
strong technology skills, ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Must enjoy working with all kinds of people.
