<p>On Sunday October 2, the Fairfield County District Library unveiled their new Peter Rabbit Story Garden located at the Northwest branch in Carroll. The garden was designed by Melissa Hoover and with permission from Putnam Penguin UK, the Tale of Peter Rabbit
is laid out along a walkway through Mr. McGregor's garden. Across the way is the fir tree where Mrs. Rabbit is on her way shopping and also the blackberry patch where Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail are picking blackberries. Peter can be found inside the garden
as well as a white cat watching the goldfish in the pond. The Northwest Branch is open six days each week: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. </p>
