<div class="">Our local Lyons club donated an iPad Mini 3 to our library last year, with the hope that we could use it to offer services to vision impaired patrons.</div>

<div class="">We have a request to convert several scanned documents (PDF files) into a format that could be loaded into the iPad, which would then read them aloud to a blind patron. </div>

<div class="">I am afraid that I do not have any technical expertise in this – is this a project that we could easily accomplish without much expense? If so, can anyone tell me the required software and process? Can a totally blind person navigate the Mini
touch screen successfully?</div>
