<p>I hope everyone survived Thanksgiving! Does anyone have a duplicate card policy they'd be willing to share? I have a few folks who have duplicate cards in our Clevnet system and I would like to rectify that. Does anyone have a letter they send or a way
to notify... especially if both cards have... fines? Thanks so much. </p>
