Hello everyone,

I hope this Monday finds you well. I have a follow-up to my
previous email about stats in the State Report. As you will
recall, we've had a few snafus in getting our World Book stats
this year. To make it easier for you to get these numbers, I've
compiled them on the attached spreadsheet. The number you will
displayed is "Content Views" for 2016, which is the number you
need for the state report. If you would like to see a breakdown of
the numbers by month or other measurements for the database, click
the plus sign on the left. Please add the total content views to
the "Successful Retrieval of Electronic Information" total.

Please let me know if you need any assistance or if you have any
questions.

Have a lovely day,

I hope this day finds you well. As you may know, the State
Annual Report now asks for a count of "Successful Retrieval
of Electronic Information." This is defined as:

you're inside the library, the site should automatically

Facts on File Science Online and American & English
Literature Collection are also fairly simple: just go to
the statistics page on OPLIN's website (<a

Download the spreadsheets on that page to add together
usage from your library for 2016. Remember, use the "Item

Ancestry and EBSCO statistics are a little bit more
involved.I've put together a walk-through (attached) for
each of these resources. If you are familiar with the
EBSCO admin interface but have forgotten your password,
please let me know and I will reset it for you.
