<p class="MsoNormal">An employee in this position advances the mission of the library by providing library services to adults, including reference assistance, readers$B!G(B advisory, programming, community activities, and collection development and maintenance of
 adult materials. As a supervisor of the technical services and reference staff members, the person in this position will model high performance standards, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Additional responsibilities include explaining
 and enforcing library policies and procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate the willingness and ability to serve as a leader and manager, and will possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and decision-making skills.<o:p></o:p></p>
