</head><body><p>The Board of Trustees of the Normal Memorial Library, Fayette Ohio seeks an energetic, creative Library Director with demonstrated positive leadership skills. Our school district based library serves as a vital part of the community, providing a variety of materials and activities for adults and children.</p><p>The Director will work with the current staff, library board and the public to plan and coordinate Library programs and community outreach. Responsibilities also include staff development, public relations, funding/budget and overall management of the Library.</p><p>Preferred qualifications include a combination of education, business and leadership experience as well as a passion for the Library. The Director must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and should be well versed in library technology. Professional library experience is desired.</p><p>The starting salary for this 29 hr per week position is $20,000 to $28,000 annually (DOE).
