<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Was your instructor a well-informed amateur or someone who has now made it a business?</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Did you limit it age wise? Did you card?</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Did you have to get special permission from your city/municipality to offer either the class or the taste testing? One-time license?</p>
