The successful applicant will demonstrate strategic vision, excellent people skills, and the ability to work with staff and patrons to maximize the library’s potential to better the community.</p><p>The Kaubisch Memorial Public Library is located in Fostoria, a community of 13,500 an hour south of Toledo. The library enjoys strong community support and employs a dedicated staff committed to providing excellent service. Funding comes via three counties, the city, and a permanent levy.</p><p>Requirements include a MLS/MLIS from an ALA accredited program and a background of progressive supervisory or management experience in a public library setting. This position includes benefits, such as health insurance and membership to professional organizations.
