 Resource Director to direct and manage all human resource functions and guide organizational culture in support of the Library’s values and mission . PLYMC is a county-wide system serving 238,823 residents, governed by a 15-member Board, supported by a stellar

</span>Minimum qualifications include: (1)</span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;

Arial;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">five years experience in human resources (progressively responsible positions)
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">in a public service unionized environment; (2)</span>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt">knowledge of principles and practices in human resource administration in a public setting preferred; (3) experience managing public sector labor relations, labor negotiations, grievance arbitration and conflict resolution; (4)
 exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and ability to drive change and implement human resources strategies; and (5) ability to maintain a helpful, pleasant and tactful demeanor with excellent communication skills. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management,
 Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
