<p class="MsoNormal">On behalf of CSLP I would like to apologize for our website’s

<p class="MsoNormal">instability over the past week or two. We are taking immediate steps to
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">increase server capacity, with the hopes this will reduce the crashes.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Over the next week or so, we will be working with our website provider
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">to troubleshoot the underlying problem. Hopefully it can be identified
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">quickly.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are hopeful adding additional server resources will alleviate the
