<p class="MsoNormal">The Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) has opened a
<a href="http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/cslp_value">survey to learn how public library staff use and value its services</a>.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This survey is separate from and unrelated to the state SLP/SRP evaluation survey. It is optional, and is open to all people who work at a public library. Multiple people from the same library may complete the survey. The survey questions
will be most meaningful to people who are familiar with CSLP manuals, artwork and other services. You may complete the survey whether or not you used CSLP services/materials this year.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This survey is being conducted by the CSLP Statistics Committee, whose goal is to better understand how public library staff use and value CSLP membership and materials.
