<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><span>Candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Library Science from an accredited ALA institution or be within six (6) hours and six (6) months of graduation; possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
knowledge of a wide range of children’s books and authors; knowledge and skills in children’s programming and reference services, electronic information resources, and reader’s advisory; ability to handle multiple tasks; initiative to act in a self-directed
manner; and ability to work as a team member. Children’s programming experience preferred.</span><br>
