Qualifications:</p>

</span>Excellent command of children’s literature, particularly for young adults is essential.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

Under the direction of the Youth Services Manager, the Young Adult Specialist/Librarian is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of young adult and tween programs and services for the library.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Assists with collection development, markets programs and services, acts as a liaison with community organizations, and maintains the Young Adult area as an active learning environment, advocating for the needs of this segment of our community.</p>
