We are looking to do a cooperative, semi-permanent<span> </span><span style="margin: 0px">art</span><span> </span>display with a local high school. The library will provide the supplies, and the students will create the<span> </span><span style="margin: 0px">art</span>. </div>

Has anyone done this and used a "contract" they could share? We would like to have clear, established criteria in place so that there can be no issues down the line (such as who gets the<span> </span><span style="margin: 0px">art</span><span> </span>when it's
changed out in a few years, who is responsible for maintenance, etc.). We would also like to include the scope of the project and include costs, intended audience, etc. so that the focus/purpose of the<span> </span><span style="margin: 0px">art</span><span> </span>doesn't
go beyond our agreement.</div>
