The Library has an annual operating budget of approximately $3,000,000 and two branch locations. </span><span style='background:white'>The Fiscal Officer has a direct responsibility to the Board of Trustees of the library pursuant to Section 3375.32 Ohio Revised Code; and is responsible for, in cooperation with the Director, ensuring sound fiscal control and management of the library.</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;background:white'><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: </b>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience working in a public finance department with the state auditor’s Uniform Accounting Network (UAN) or comparable experience, preferred. Familiarity with governmental fund accounting and reporting. Successful completion of criminal background check.
