 to occur at the beginning of our webinar, <em><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">“How to Be an Effective Anti-Racist”
</span></em>with 146 participants registered!  Like many of the online platforms, Zoom isn’t the quickest at responding to customer needs and therefore, the problem resulted in a number of people experiencing delays in being admitted into the webinar, problems
 with people coming in after a long wait and people giving up and moving on to other things.  We are so sorry that this occurred but appreciate the “electronic grace” that came our way from our members.  I am happy to say we have already rescheduled the program
 for February 17 <sup>th</sup> from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and it is open for <a href="http://mms.neo-rls.org/ct.php?lid=44155427&nr=5358695749">
registration. </a>  We have also read the evaluation feedback from those who attended and have sent it along to our presenters for their information.  We look forward to continuing the discussion and want to remind everyone that attends that this webinar will
 not be recorded per the policy of the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and to ensure privacy and confidentiality for the participants.  Have a great week and stay healthy!
