</span>As a member of the management team, the ideal candidate will collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional programming. As the lead team member of Adult Services, this person will help maintain the library’s online calendar and website, coordinate
adult programming and manage the use of the library’s meeting room spaces. He or she will participate in professional organizations and community events as a library representative.

Three years of supervisory experience is required, preferably in a union environment.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Candidates will possess a Master’s in Library and Information Science from an ALA accredited institution. The Adult Services Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a basic working knowledge of Drupal and SIRSI experience is preferred.

</span>Located on Lake Erie, 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland, Vermilion is a community with a summer population that brings greater numbers into the building.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
