Schedule:<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Full-time, 37.5 hour standard work week, including days, evenings and weekends.<o:p> </o:p></p>

Required education and experience:<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business finance, or a related field and knowledge of human resources laws and regulations required.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Knowledge of local government accounting and fiscal management preferred.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Management and supervisory experience preferred.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Minimum of three years of experience utilizing applicable skills required.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">
General summary:<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>This position reports to the library director and to the Board of Trustees.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The position is responsible for managing the finances and business functions of the library.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The position serves as Fiscal Officer for the Board of Trustees.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The incumbent assists the director with major library projects.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The position supervises and evaluates the Building and Grounds Supervisor, the Bookkeeper, and the Administrative Assistant.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The position requires public contact, including vendors, government officials, media, patrons, and employees of local businesses.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The incumbent works closely with other staff and the Board of Trustees.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
