<b><i>preferred. </i></b>Desirable qualifications include experience in children’s programming, outreach, and knowledge of child development, early literacy skills, Every Child Ready to Read, children’s literature, and collection development. Strong organizational
skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff are necessary. Candidates should be good listeners and communicators, present a positive attitude, and prioritize customer service. Flexible schedule includes Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
