</span>As a member of the management team, the ideal candidate will collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional programming. As the lead team member of Youth Services, this person will coordinate programming for youth from birth through age eighteen,
maintain the collection of materials for each appropriate age group and develop relationships with local schools. He or she will participate in professional organizations and community events as a library representative.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

environment.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Candidates will possess a Master’s in Library and Information Science from an ALA accredited institution. The Youth Services Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a basic working knowledge
of Drupal and SIRSI experience is preferred.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>

</span>Located on Lake Erie, 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland, Vermilion is a community with a summer population that brings greater numbers into the building.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>The library is open 7 days a week and provides meeting spaces and programs for many.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

<span style="background:white">The qualified candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends and occasionally split shifts. The hours vary from 35-39 hours weekly, depending on the schedule.<o:p> </o:p></span></span></p>
