degree preferred. At least five years in Management, with community relations, public relations, or marketing experience, required. At least five years of supervisory experience preferred.<o:p></o:p></p>

work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret community interests and needs and develop appropriate marketing of programs and services. Technology skills including graphic design,
photography, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and HTML preferred. Supervises two full-time direct reports.<o:p></o:p></p>
