financial literacy and other related areas. Superior skills and working knowledge of traditional and electronic reference sources, especially those of the Business & Investment Center, including effective and efficient searching strategies. Demonstrable aptitude
for providing live online reference service and information related to all areas of business. Above average organizational skills to keep work current; excellent attention to detail. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required. Must be outgoing
