assisting patrons with library downloadable content (ebooks); explaining library policies & procedures; & giving general library service over the telephone. You would also problem solve patron records, fees, holds & complaints, & forward and/or transfer inbound
calls to the appropriate library staff. As a member of the public services team, you'll work independently & work with co-workers in the call center.<o:p> </o:p></span></b></p>
