One of my board members was asking if the library could offer an experience to a silent auction.</div>

My fiscal officer didn't think we could legal do that as the auction would be profiting off of the library service, which in turn would be public funds spent to pay the staff member to run the <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important">experience.</span></div>
