<p style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;">38 hrs per week; some evenings and weekends required </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; background: white;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;"> </span></strong></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;">14 paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; Ohio Public Employees Retirement System; health insurance; option to participate in Ohio Deferred Compensation; paid OLC membership. </span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: .15in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;">Qualifications:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;"> Associates degree and a minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience including prior digital marketing experience. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;">Ability to travel in the community, and attend remote meetings and training.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: .15in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: #202124; background: white;">Media relations/outreach and writing skills are a MUST</span>. <span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;">Knowledge of social media and emerging technologies including digital formats; Proficiency in a wide variety of software applications</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black;"> </span></p>

<li style="margin-left: -13.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: left; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;" class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Think creatively.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left: -13.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: left; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;" class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.</span></li>
