Services position. This position will report to the Senior Director of Public Services, and oversee the work of 4-5 Branch Managers across the system. As part of the responsibilities associated with this role, the Senior Manager of Branch Services will ensure
the quality and effectiveness of system-wide services such as passports, job search assistance and meeting room use, as well as identify and develop new offerings based on community needs and interests. Additionally, this position will lead the system's Security
Resource Team and oversee the substitute pool managers draw from to support frontline staffing.
