& participating in the daily public service operations at the adult & children's service points inside the library. You'll oversee the branch outreach programming, ensuring quality programming that meets the needs of all ages in the community with regular
outreach services to local schools & community events. Your supervisory duties will include scheduling; conduct regular staff meetings; monitor the public services budgets; complete performance evaluations; motivate, inspire, coach & counsel team; delegate
& assign projects; & make recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, training & development, discipline; & terminations. Library duties include supervising the passport operations & maintain your own passport agent credentials; evaluate returned materials
for damage & missing pieces & communicate with patron; resolve patron complaints; compile statistics; basic equipment troubleshooting; provide backup supervision of the call center; represent the library at various events & community partnerships; & all desk
