If you received ECF funding in Window 1 or 2 (FY 2021), please submit your BEAR as soon as possible if you paid your vendor invoices in full. </span></span><br><br>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;color:#445165;background:white">If you selected SPI as the invoicing mode when filing the Form 471, but you realized you paid in full for the equipment or services, submit a post-commitment request (PCR) in the ECF portal to change the invoicing method.<span> </span>Currently, PCRs take approximately 6-8 weeks for USAC to process, but once the change is approved and you receive a revised funding letter, so must submit the </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;color:#445165">BEAR within 60 days from the date of the letter. </span><br><br>
