As we were working through job descriptions and responsibilities for staff, we discovered we have a few clerks (they do not order books, plan programs, etc.) in need of consistent duties that can be done at the desk. Right now, the extra duties are either a
one-off task like cutting out bookmarks or something that pulls them away from the desk like shelf reading. </div>

So, we'd love to hear what kinds of jobs, outside of the traditional offerings, your circulation staff might be helping out with or taking on around the library. We not only want to fill the staff's time during the slower days, but also give them meaningful
work that reiterates we are all collaborators on the same team. Again, we're hoping to come up with a list of projects or tasks that can be done at the desk, as we have plenty to work on off desk. </div>
