Librarian is also responsible for establishing and maintaining key external relationships (e.g., authors, publishers, organizations, etc.) on behalf of his/her location or department and representing the Library in various outreach capacities. The Librarian,
in conjunction with the Department or Branch Manager, helps set location goals for their own work as well as that of the rest of the staff and helps lead system-wide projects.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
