<div dir="ltr"><div>I had several libraries that were receiving good service from MTBT before they imploded. Many of their local techs were then scooped up by MOM. As an IT person, I had very good experiences with them on a tech level and already had some relationships with the former MTBT→MOM techs. That being said, however, I think many of those MTBT→MOM libraries no longer use MOM for various reasons. I can usually work pretty well with the techs, so I'm rather agnostic when it comes to print/copy service providers and don't really follow the specific reasons for the changes. But, I think the changes away from MOM were more cost-related than service-related.</div><div><br></div><div>Perry Pro Tech is a provider that's been around for a while and I've yet to hear any particular complaints about.
