<span style="line-height: normal;">As a library associate, you’ll provide our patrons with excellent customer service in-person & on the phone by answering questions; give reading recommendations; provide computer & printer assistance; assist with locating
library materials; book meeting rooms & program registrations; give instructions on how to use the online catalog, research databases and digital resources. You’ll also troubleshoot library equipment and technology issues; accept U.S. passport applications;
create library cards; assist with check in and check out; process holds & reserves; sort; shelve; shelf read; and use lists to pull materials. You’ll work independently, and work with co-workers as well as assist with branch activities.</span></div>
