I received this email message over the weekend. I thought it was something to do with our hotspot request at first, but it just looks like a task to create a form 471, which I already did for hotspots. I also found this on our list of tasks in the USAC system,
which made me feel a little better because our FO thought this message looked like spam. But I have no idea why I got this task. While I was poking around in USAC trying to figure out how to find the status of the 471 I submitted (which I still haven't figured
out), the system added more tasks just based on pages I landed on. But I didn't get emails about those new random tasks. So I am not sure where this particular task came from over the weekend and if it's something I can ignore. </div>
