<b>As the IT Manager, under general direction of the IT Director, you would monitor the system-wide daily operations & maintenance for the hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows & MAC) of the library, as well as manage the network infrastructure,
servers, cloud services and cybersecurity protocols, and collaborate with department heads regarding their IT needs. You would also lead, supervise, manage, and support the IT staff including scheduling, evaluating, training & developing as well as assist
the IT Director with support, IT strategies, projects, long-term planning, budgets, and managing vendor relationships and contracts. This role ensures the efficient operation of IT services, supports innovation, and helps align technology initiatives with
business goals.</b></div>

Have a working knowledge of cybersecurity; cloud services; network administration; server operating systems; virtualization; Office 365; Microsoft Azure; Hyper V; Windows and Apple MAC environments; and an integrated library system (ILS).</li><li style="font-family: "Calibri", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;">
