<span style="color: rgb(94, 50, 124);">Working in the IT Department is a mix of customer service to co-workers & library patrons solving technological problems and fulfilling tech-related requests through help desk support for Windows & Apple Mac environments;
computer troubleshooting to resolve problems with hardware & software; providing LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi support; monitoring network systems & software; virtual infrastructure support; hardware & software installation & updating; monitoring & adjusting VOIP systems;
& computer projects. You'll be talking with co-workers in-person, via email, online, or over the phone to help them with various computer issues. You'll also be in the public areas fixing or repairing the computers, printers, & various devices that the public
use.</span></div>

Have prior experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems, as well as be familiar with the Apple Mac environment.</li><li style="font-family: "Calibri", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;">
Working experience in the use and configuration of network components including routers, switches, and servers. </li><li style="font-family: "Calibri", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;">
A good knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Office 365, virtualization, LAN, WAN and Hyper V is needed. Microsoft Azure, and Sierra integrated library software (ILS) experience is highly desired.</li><li style="font-family: "Calibri", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;">
