Reporting to the Library Director, the Development Director will design and manage high-impact development initiatives, steward key donor relationships, and position the Library as a compelling philanthropic investment within the Perrysburg region. The successful
candidate will bring a strong business mindset to nonprofit fundraising—combining data-driven strategy, clear performance metrics, and relationship management best practices to help support the Library’s long-term financial sustainability</div>

community enrichment. This role works closely with the Library Director, Foundation Board, and community stakeholders to grow philanthropic support and increase the Library’s impact throughout Perrysburg and the surrounding region. This is an opportunity
to play a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of a respected community institution.</div>
