<b><i>Job Responsibilities</i></b>: The IT Coordinator acts as a member of the library’s management team; manages the daily affairs of the Information Technology (IT) department; oversees the maintenance and operation of the library’s technology and computer
equipment and related software applications across all library locations; supervises department staff; acts as the library’s technology liaison with CLEVNET to resolve system technology problems; maintains the library’s cybersecurity program; monitors networks
and PCs for security concerns; monitors the IT Help Desk; assists and coaches staff on the use and capabilities of library equipment and software; and coordinates with maintenance/facility staff on the maintenance and management of technology equipment.</div>
