[OPLINTECH] web site problem

I guess I should have said that we are running Windows 2000 Server on the
hosting server and Using FrontPage 2002 to edit the web page from a Windows
XP box.

Also, thanks for all your suggestions.  I am trying to work my way through
them methodically.  So far, the problem is not solved.  If anyone has
further suggestions, I would welcome them.

Our web site is:  http://www.wcplib.lib.oh.us  click on "suggestion box"  to
see the problem.  I would assume that the hit counter not functioning on the
main page is also a symptom of the problem.
