[OPLINTECH] Gates/Gateway defective monitors issue

FWIW, Gateway replaced at least 3 (and perhaps up to 5 - I can't remember=
) of
these defective monitors for Lane Public Library over the last 12-24 mont=
hs. I
think we're out of support on them now, but if your support contract is n=
ot
out of time and you're noticing the problem, you should definitely contac=
t the
Gates Foundation and/or Gateway and press for replacement(s).

Gateway may not have MADE the monitors, but they sold them. They're on th=
e
hook for that and should be held accountable. It isn't a matter of them g=
oing
the "extra mile", IMO.
