keynote address at the ninth annual OPLIN Stakeholder Meeting to be held =

Quest Business Centers in Columbus on October 29.   Mr. Needham, former =

public library director, and former State Librarian of Michigan, will =

on what the OCLC Environment Scan means in practicality, and how public
libraries can begin to respond and apply the trends the study uncovered.
