Attention Ohio librarians -

Please be aware that there is a dangerous new e-mail worm spreading across =
the Internet. It's called Zotob.B and several Ohio libraries have already =
been hit with it. To help prevent the worm from spreading to other =
libraries, the OPLIN Support Center is requesting that you please update =
the Windows operating system, as well as any virus protection software, on =
every networked computer in your building.=20

Effective immediately, the OPLIN Support Center will begin blocking any =
offending IP addresses, as per the OPLIN Good Neighbor Policy. You can =
read about this policy at http://www.oplin.org/page.php?Id=3D62-5-335-1263-=
954.

For additional information on the Zotob.B worm, go to http://isc.sans.org/i=
ndex.php or http://symantec.com/ .=20

And as always, if you have any questions, please contact the OPLIN Support =
Center.

Thank you,
