Yes, laser, 2pgs free & $.15/ea after that.  We have 3 networked color 
lasers.  We used to have dozens of individual inkjets, which was a support 
nightmare.  This is working out pretty well now.  I did some math prior to 
the purchase and the cost of ink is way cheaper with the lasers (part of my 
justification for them).  I don't remember the exact numbers, but based on 
the manufacturer's "page per cartridge guestimate" and what we actually pay 
for ink, it was something like $.08/pg for laser and $.16/pg for inkjet.  
Those $45 color HP carts are only rated for 350pgs IIRC. 

I just wanted to get rid of all the individual printers.  My first 
suggestion was to have B&W lasers and do away with color all together.  That 
didn't go over very well... to say the least.  YMMV.

None of the above... unless you include Imaging, Paint... or whatever they 
include with the OS these days (assuming you meant digital image editing).
