Office of Information Technology Customer Update - August 4, 2006

 

Scheduled Maintenance:

 

When: Every Tuesday

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM

 

August 8 - OIT engineers will be making configuration changes within the
OIT Enterprise Environment which may result in several short
interruptions to or from resources in this environment (Mainframe
Services, Database Services, Unix Services, and Windows Services).

 

August 15 - OIT engineers will be upgrading equipment in the
Inter-agency VPN head-end.  Interruption in connectivity will be
experienced for any agency to agency or agency to OIT communications.

 

Friday, August 11 - OAKS maintenance scheduled from 5:00am - 8:00am

 

PMO1 cutover from BBSOCH to RROAKS

PMO2 cutover from BBSOCH to RROAKS

OAKS-VPN configuration move from SOCH-VPN to VPN-MH (Shared VPN Router)

Firewall cutover from PIX-SOCH to WALL1

Firewall policy installation on WALL1

When: Third Tuesday of every Month
